How it works
Five stages, from the trophy in your hands to a record you can open from anywhere.

Bring your trophy, or we come to you
You can bring your trophy to an authorised Trophy Vault scanning location. We can also scan on site — at your home, a hunting lodge, a taxidermy shop, or another suitable place — which works particularly well when several trophies are being scanned in one appointment. On-site availability and any travel arrangements are confirmed when you book.

Precision 3D scan
The antlers and skull plate are captured in high detail using a 3D scanner. Nothing touches the antler surface during the scan.

Your digital record is created
Your trophy receives its own Trophy ID and a digital record holding the scan, photographs, and the details we captured. If several trophies are scanned during one appointment, each one gets its own Trophy ID and its own record.

Secure vault storage
Your scan files, images, certificate, and trophy details are stored securely and linked to your account.
- 05
Access your vault
Sign in at any time to view your trophy record. If you have several trophies, they all appear in the same private vault.
These stages describe the full Trophy Vault service. The Hard Copy Record is a separate product — the trophy is scanned and a physical record is produced, but it does not include a vault entry or vault access. See pricing for the difference.
