Hard Copy Scan

A physical record of your trophy, produced from a 3D scan. The scan is preserved in the Raxx Trophy Vault master archive and receives its own Trophy ID. It does not include a Trophy Vault account, a private vault of your own, or downloads of your scan files.

Your trophy is 3D scanned and the scan is used to produce a physical record. The scan is preserved in the Raxx Trophy Vault master archive and receives its own Trophy ID. It does not include a Trophy Vault account, a private vault of your own, or downloads of your scan files.

The Hard Copy Scan is a separate product, not a smaller Trophy Vault. Your trophy is scanned, the scan is preserved in the Raxx Trophy Vault master archive, and it receives its own Trophy ID — but it does not come with a Trophy Vault account, a private vault of your own, or downloads of your scan files. Downloading your files is part of the Trophy Vault.

Included in the Trophy Vault price. Download your scan files, with a manifest listing every file and its checksum so you can confirm each one arrived intact.

Things worth knowing

Trophy Vault is built for long-term preservation. We do not delete your scan files or your trophy record because time has passed, and we keep them for as long as Trophy Vault operates. Files are removed only when you ask us to, when the law requires it, or when a file is replaced by a verified copy.

On-site scanning is available in some areas. Travel arrangements and any additional charge are confirmed before your appointment, so nothing is a surprise.
