Trophy Vault

Additional trophy, same visit
Pricing to be announced
Each additional trophy scanned during the same appointment receives the full Trophy Vault service at a reduced rate.

Hard Copy Record
A physical record of your trophy, produced from a 3D scan. Does not include a Trophy Vault entry or a private vault.

Your trophy is 3D scanned and the scan is used to produce a physical record. Does not include a Trophy Vault entry, a private vault, or ongoing digital access.

The Hard Copy Record is a separate product, not a smaller Trophy Vault. The trophy is scanned and a physical record is produced, but there is no vault entry, no private vault, and no online access to the record afterwards.

Whether a trophy can be physically reproduced from a scan, and how closely, depends on the scan and the method used. Trophy Vault does not guarantee that any particular scan is suitable for reproduction or that a reproduction will match the original.

Things worth knowing
Trophy Vault is built for long-term preservation. We do not delete your scan files or your trophy record because time has passed, and we keep them for as long as Trophy Vault operates. Files are removed only when you ask us to, when the law requires it, or when a file is replaced by a verified copy.
On-site scanning is available in some areas. Travel arrangements and any additional charge are confirmed before your appointment, so nothing is a surprise.
The same-visit rate applies to trophies scanned during one appointment. Each trophy still receives the full service, its own Trophy ID, and its own record inside your vault.
